All clothing by SSCHAFER is made in Melbourne, Australia.
SSCHAFER has a $9.95 cost on national delivery fees. Orders will be dispatched once payment is confirmed. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours during business hours Monday – Friday. Purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
For made to order/custom pieces please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be received. Postage costs may vary depending on the weight of custom pieces.
An order number will be sent upon successful completion of your order.
For international deliveries, postage is $20 for items under 500g, and $30 over 500g. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your international delivery to be received. The customer is liable for all impost duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. SSCHAFER will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country: please contact your local customs office for more information.
SSCHAFER prides itself on ethical and sustainable practices, and transparency across all aspects of the business is essential to business operations. Returns (excluding sale items) which are not worn, altered, washed or damaged will be accepted. All tags must remain in place. Purchases are encouraged to be tried on for fit in a clean indoor environment and customers are asked to take care that clothing does not make contact with any makeup.
Products will not be accepted for return if they have been marked or damaged. If the customer would like to exchange or return a product for any reason, they must be in contact within 48 hours of receiving the order. Refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty or damaged, not for change of mind purchases.
Any items posted after being in customer’s possession for longer than 7 days will not be accepted unless they are faulty. Once returned items have been received they will undergo quality review and when cleared, customer will be sent new items (for exchange) and charged/refunded the subsequent items if items differ in price, or refunded the whole amount to the credit card used to make the original purchase. SSCHAFER offers a free mending service to all garments purchased given the product has been bought within 12 months.
