SSCHAFER accepts Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos Credit Card Payments. Afterpay is also available.

All product prices and payments made on this site will be processed in Australian Dollar Currency ($AUD) and where applicable, conversion rates may apply. 

All clothing by SSCHAFER is made in Australia and ethically sourced.


SSCHAFER has a $10 cost on national delivery fees. Orders will be dispatched once payment is confirmed. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours during business hours Monday - Friday. Purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

For made to order/custom pieces please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be made. Postage costs may vary depending on the weight of custom pieces. 

An order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful completion of your order. 

For international deliveries, postage is $20. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your international delivery to be received. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. SSCHAFER will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred by your country, Customs policies may vary; please contact your local customs office for more information. 


SSCHAFER prides itself on having in place ethical and sustainable practices, and transparency across all aspects of the business is essential to quality practices. Returns (excluding sale items) which are not worn, altered, washed or damaged will be accepted. Proof of purchase must be included. Items will not be accepted for return if they have been marked or damaged. In the unlikely event of an exchange or return, they must be in contact within 48 hours of receiving the order. Refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty or damaged, not for change of mind purchases. 

Any items posted after being in the customer's possession for longer than 7 days will not be accepted unless they are faulty. Once returned the item(s) will undergo a quality check and when completion of review, the customer will be sent new items (for exchange) and charged/refunded the subsequent items if differ in price, or refunded the whole amount to the credit card used to make the original purchase. SSCHAFER offers customers a free mending service to all garments purchased given the product has been purchased within 6 months.

The information collected is necessary to complete your order and will not be relayed to any third party or outside organisations. 

Personal information will be managed confidently and securely. Credit card information is not retained by SSCHAFER. When purchasing, customers must provide their real name, Phone number, email address and other requested information for the purpose of billing and shipping purposes. When providing payment details upon checkout, please ensure payment information is valid and correct. Purchases are for personal use only and must not resold or used for commercial benefit.
